Nouveau mouvement lancé par l'acteur américain Matthew Modine et qui a pour but de revaloriser les idéaux libéraux aux Etats-Unis et partout ailleurs.

New movement launched by American actor Matthew Modine. The goal is to revalorize liberal ideals in the United States and abroad.

 

Matthew Modine : "C.C.L. is not political. It is an effort to re-establish the true definition of liberal and what it means to be liberal. On the back of each card is a list of liberals, their accomplishments and a definition of the word. One need only look on the back of their CCL cqrd for a reminder of the humane efforts liberals have made over time to help others."
